What information is required to start an enquiry?

Contact YDP by email or WhatsApp. You can prepare a brief and optional jar worksheet here; the draft is not submitted to this website. Include your product, required packaging and the question you need help with.

How do I send drawings or product photos?

Use an existing file reference, an access-controlled HTTPS sharing link or the confirmed email channel. There is no public file-upload field, and the website does not retrieve a sharing link automatically.

Does preparing a brief send an enquiry?

No. Filling in the worksheet or copying text does not send an enquiry. Open your email or WhatsApp conversation and send the brief there. This website currently does not issue an online enquiry receipt.
