Buyer task: Multi-item layout, separation and removal. Scope to discuss: Round outer box, four product positions, support/dividers and packing responsibility. Current availability, dimensions and material specifications are not established by this reference.

02 / PURCHASING DECISIONS

Turn the image
into a useful brief.

These are questions and tradeoffs to discuss for your product. They are not statements about what happened in the earlier project.

DECISION 01

Define every product in the set

A four-item layout needs four identifiable product references. If the jars, lids or labels differ, one nominal size does not describe the complete set.

Useful input for your project

Provide each SKU/version, maximum finished dimensions and filled weight if known. Identify cards or other contents separately.

DECISION 02

Discuss separation and removal together

Separation and hand access are different decisions. Ask where each product may be supported, which surfaces must remain clear and how a buyer should remove each item. The photograph provides no measured clearance.

Useful input for your project

Reference sensitive surfaces, the intended opening sequence and any observed removal difficulty. Do not infer the hidden insert material or its performance from the image.

DECISION 03

Define the complete supply arrangement

The outer box, internal support, dividers and any accessories need an explicit scope. Flat or formed supply changes the assembly question; the source image does not establish who packed this set.

Useful input for your project

State which components should be quoted and who will assemble the packaging and pack the candles. Existing assembly instructions can be referenced.

DECISION 04

Separate gifting from shipping

The pictured presentation is a starting point for appearance and layout. Shipping introduces a separate outer-pack and handling discussion; no transport rating is established by this image.

Useful input for your project

Describe the sales channel, destination and intended shipping pack. Agree any transport checks and acceptance criteria for the actual project.

03 / QUESTIONS FOR A SAMPLE REVIEW

Agree what
needs checking.

Proposed discussion points only. Sample availability, materials, scope, fees, acceptance criteria and timing need project confirmation. None of these checks is recorded as completed for this reference.

Plan the sample and version review ↗
  1. Product and layout reference

Keep all four product versions and the proposed position map with the drawing/sample revision.

  2. Access and assembly

Agree which loading, lid-closing, separation and removal actions should be reviewed; record what was actually observed.

  3. Appearance and completeness

Identify the artwork/finish references, included contents and any substitutions the sample will use.

  4. Shipping scope

Identify the complete pack and any agreed checks separately from presentation review. Record conditions and outcomes only after they exist.

04 / PROJECT FACTS PENDING

A visible reference.
An incomplete project record.

To develop a documented customer case, the original records below are still needed. A catalogue model or visible brand is not an order identity. Any existing file should be referenced once, with its version and permitted use.

Project participation and stage

Pending — original project reference, actual YDP role and whether the work reached proposal, sampling or delivery.

Brief and selection rationale

Pending — the customer requirement, constraints and actual reasons for the selected direction. No comparison or rejected option has been reconstructed.

Specification and sample history

Pending — dimensions, materials, artwork/drawing revisions, sample identity and any actual change records.

Checks and actual outcome

Pending — check conditions, acceptance points, observations, reviewer and outcome. No numerical fit or transport result is available.

Confirmation and permitted use

Pending — actual decision/approval record, any delivery evidence where relevant, technical reviewer and what may be quoted publicly.

05 / KEEP THE EVIDENCE DISTINCT

Reference, project
and research.

This reference

A sourced image with procurement analysis. It contains no verified project history, measured fit or completed inspection.

A documented case

Explains one actual project’s requirement, YDP role, choices, sample versions and supported outcome. Those original facts remain pending here.

S1 research

Requires its own defined comparison, sample versions, conditions, observations and limitations. No S1 experiment or A/B conclusion is presented on this page.

General manufacturing footage is presented on the company page. It is not footage or inspection evidence for this pictured order. View the process context ↗

06 / DISCUSS A SIMILAR PROJECT

Keep the reference.
Define your own scope.

Identify what you want to retain, change or check. Reference existing product files or discussion records and add only missing details. The enquiry link carries this publication reference; it does not approve a specification.
